This Prof. Zhdanov Set is based on our proven natural products that Prof. Zhdanov recommends in his vision school to optimally support the eyes and surrounding area. Our set is tailored to the Wladimir Zhdanov method with the following three products:
Wild Blueberry Extract Capsules - each capsule provides 125 mg of anthocyanins from 550 mg of pure wild berry powder (120:1 extract). Our blueberry extract supports antioxidant protection and microcirculation of the retina.
Propolis Solution “APV” (alcohol-free, 50 ml) - a mild, water-based propolis extract with high bioavailability, recommended by Prof. Zhdanov as a supplement to his 20 eye exercises to help speed up the body’s regeneration processes. The APV propolis solution is also a powerful supplement for the entire immune system.
Propolis Cream with Bee Venom (80 ml) - melittin and apamin peptides activate local blood circulation, while propolis flavonoids have anti-inflammatory effects. The bee venom cream with propolis is ideal for gentle massage around the eyes and temples, for example before or after a training session.
Synergy advantage: Anthocyanins, immune-active propolis flavonoids, and the microcirculation-stimulating cream together create a nutrient-rich, well-perfused environment. This allows eye muscles to relax more easily, reduces oxidative stress, and helps the exercises from the “Seeing Without Glasses” program take effect more quickly – without much effort.
PROFESSOR WLADIMIR ZHDANOV
Better vision without glasses – this is the promise of the Wladimir Zhdanov Method, a holistic concept combining targeted eye training/eye yoga and selected natural products.
Professor Dr. Wladimir Zhdanov is considered a pioneer of natural vision training. For more than three decades, he has researched ways to strengthen eyesight without surgery or laser, combining targeted eye exercises with selected natural products such as propolis and wild blueberry extract. In his lectures, he shows how consistent training of the eye muscles, moderate sunlight exposure, and avoiding overly strong corrective lenses can activate the eye’s self-healing powers. Zhdanov emphasizes that lasting success comes only through daily practice, patience, and a clear goal. His method therefore provides a credible alternative for anyone who does not wish to wear glasses for life.

DOSAGE
Recommended use
Select two fixed times of day, for example, in the morning right after waking up and in the evening just before going to bed. Then use all three products in sequence: take the blueberry capsules, drink 7 to 10 drops of APV propolis pure or with water, and then massage the bee venom cream with propolis around the eye area and temples. The cream is highly concentrated, so there is no need to apply a thick layer. You may choose the order freely – what matters is to follow the routine consistently at the same times each day. Please do not forget to do the eye exercises from the Wladimir Zhdanov “Seeing Without Glasses” method afterwards.
Minimum treatment duration & long-term use
- Due to the natural ingredients, we recommend a minimum application period of 6 weeks.
- If improvement continues, you may use the products from the Prof. Wladimir Zhdanov Set for as long as you wish – your body needs time to initiate its own regeneration processes.
Notes
- People allergic to bee or wasp stings (especially with anaphylactic reactions) as well as to honey or other bee products should avoid using the Propolis Cream with Bee Venom and our water-based APV Propolis solution.
- Gentle extraction, naturally without harming bees – for responsible interaction with nature.
Storage
- Keep out of reach of children.
- As the products are almost entirely of natural origin, they should be stored in a cool, dry place.
- Unopened, they are best before the expiration date (see label). Once opened, consume within 6 months.

Propolis solution “A-P-V” (alcohol-free)
A water-based propolis solution with immune-supporting properties that is well tolerated, including for children, pregnant people, and those with sensitive digestion. It is taken orally and, according to Zhdanov, supports vision regeneration thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. -
Wild blueberry extract capsules
This natural preparation contains concentrated extract from wild blueberries with a high anthocyanin content. It is known to support eye health, promote ocular microcirculation, and contribute to the body’s overall antioxidant supply. -
Propolis cream with bee venom
This cream combines propolis, bee venom, and beeswax. It is gently massaged around the eyes and temples to promote circulation and relax the eye muscles. Especially helpful for fatigue and tension.

How and when should I use the products from the Prof. Zhdanov set by Heilnatura?
Choose two fixed times each day. Morning right after waking up and evening just before bedtime work well.
- Take the blueberry capsules with plenty of water.
- Drink 7 to 10 drops of APV propolis solution neat or in a glass of water.
- Gently massage a small amount of the propolis cream with bee venom around the eye area and temples. The bee-venom propolis cream is concentrated; a very thin layer is sufficient.
You can choose any order. What matters is doing the three steps consistently at the same times every day. Always finish the routine with the eye training from the Vladimir Zhdanov “See Without Glasses” method.
Who should avoid taking it?
The products in the Prof. Zhdanov set are generally well tolerated. However, anyone who is allergic or hypersensitive to bee or wasp stings, honey, propolis, or other bee products should be cautious. In such cases, Heilnatura recommends using the bee venom cream with propolis and the water-based APV propolis extract only after consulting a physician. The same applies if you have reacted to similar products before or are not sure whether you have an allergy.
Are the capsules vegan, and how are they made?
Yes. Our capsule shells are made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a purely plant-based cellulose.
They contain no gelatin, gluten, lactose, or GMOs. Filling takes place in Austria under GMP and HACCP standards at gentle temperatures to keep sensitive actives stable.
Every batch is lab tested for heavy metals, microbiology, and active content.

We ship every order climate neutrally with DHL GoGreen. Within Germany your parcel usually arrives in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to EU countries takes 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
The flat shipping rate is 4.90 € (DE) and is waived from 75 € order value.
For Austria, France, Belgium, and Italy the cost is 6.90 €. Other EU countries: 9.90 €. Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 15.90 €. The shipping fee is waived from 150 € order value.
All shipments are trackable, and orders placed on business days by 12 pm are usually handed over to DHL the same day.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, ich benutze das Set seit 2 Wochen und spüre schon eine Besserung an den Augen. Im Blog las ich, dass es auch bei Neurodermitis hilfreich ist und seit ich meine Haut mit Propolis behandle, verbessert sich meine Haut sehr gut und den Juckreiz habe ich nicht mehr, der sehr lästig war. Die Propolis Creme ist perfekt für die Augenpartie, aber auch für das restliche Gesicht. Pflegt besonders gut und spendet Feuchtigkeit. Zudem entspannt es sie Augenpartie. Die Kapseln sowie die Tropfen nehme ich seit ca 1 Woche. Ich mache dazu die Augenübungen und habe das Gefühl, dass die Augen bereits am "arbeiten" sind und sich etwas verändert! Jedenfalls sind die Tropfen sehr wohltuend. Ich bin auf die weitere Entwicklung gespannt und würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen !

Die Lieferung erfolgte prompt. Ich bin aktuell noch inder Ausprobierphase, muss aber schon ejtzt sagen, dass sich sowlohl die Nahrungsergänzung als auch die Creme für die Augenpartie sehr gut anfühlen. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich der Zustand meinder Augen entwickeln wird.
