Professor Dr. Vladimir Zhdanov is regarded as a pioneer of natural vision training. For more than three decades, he has researched ways to strengthen eyesight without surgery or laser treatment, combining targeted eye exercises with selected natural products such as propolis and wild blueberry extract. In his lectures, he explains how consistent eye muscle training, moderate exposure to sunlight and avoiding overly strong visual aids may activate the eye's natural regenerative mechanisms. DOSAGE
Recommended use
Choose two fixed times each day, for example first thing in the morning after getting up and in the evening shortly before going to bed. Then use all three products one after another: take the Blueberry Capsules, drink 7 to 10 drops of APV Propolis either pure or with water, and then massage the Bee Venom Cream with Propolis around the eye area and temples. The Propolis Cream with Bee Venom is highly economical, so it is not necessary to apply a thick layer. You may choose the order freely. The only important thing is to follow the routine consistently at the same times every day. Please do not forget to follow this with the eye training exercises from Vladimir Zhdanov's “Vision Without Glasses” method.
Minimum treatment period & long-term use
- Due to the natural ingredients, we recommend a minimum application period of 6 weeks.
- If improvement continues, you may keep using the products in the Prof. Vladimir Zhdanov Set for as long as desired. Your body needs time to initiate its own regeneration processes.

Ich nehme das Set jetzt seit drei Monaten. Ich konnte vorher nicht ohne Brille lesen. Das ist jetzt wieder möglich, zwar verschwommen, wird aber zunehmend besser! Mache die Augenübungen natürlich täglich. Hatte zuvor unter den Augen lange eine Rötung und raue Haut. Diese ist nach zwei Tagen Anwendung der Creme verschwunden. Super! Das Set kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Ich mache die Augenübungen regelmässig, aber erst seit 1 Woche. Daher kann ich dazu noch nicht wirklich was sagen. Die Tropfen scheinen zu wirken, es brennt zwar aber ich habe den Eindruck, dass die schwarzen Schlieren langsam weniger werden. Ich bleibe jedenfalls dran.

Produkte ergänzen sich sehr gut
Die Creme ist angenehm entspannend wenn ich sie zur Massage um die Augen verwende, sie hat einen sinnlichen Duft und sehr ergiebig.
Die Propolis Tinktur nehme ich gerne ohne Wasser ein und ich merke .dass sie meinem Immunsystem gut tut.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Ich mache die Augenübungen 1x täglich und stelle fest, dass sich meine Sicht zwar noch nicht verbessert hat, ich aber nach wie vor keine Brille benötige. In Kombination mit dem Heidelbeerextrakt bin ich überzeugt, dass es eine positive Auswirkung auf meine Sehstärke hat.
Wenn ich die Übungen, wie empfohlen 3x täglich mache, bin ich überzeugt, dass noch mehr Besserung erziehtl wird.

Heilerin
Das Set finde ich sehr gut. Ich nehme es für die Augen. Tatsächlich ermüden die Augen weniger. Ich nehme Propolis und Heidelbeere auch gegen Infekte. Vielleicht nochmal die Augenübungen senden.

Empfehlenswert
Ich verwende das Set nun bereits 4 Wochen aufgrund einer Glaskörperabhebung mit Blitzen zur unterstützenden Behandlung neben Augenübungen und weiteren NEMs wie Lutein und Hyaluron. Der heutige Sehtest ergab eine deutliche Verbesserung, wobei ich bereits vorher das Gefühl einer klareren Sicht hatte. Ich verwende die Propolistropfen kaum als Augentropfen, da ich mit einem starken Brennen darauf reagiere, statt dessen benutze ich mehrmals täglich die Salbe mit Bienengift um die Augen herum. Anfänglich haben sich die Augen über Nacht stark gereinigt, was im Laufe der Wochen jedoch nachlies. Ich werde die Behandlung noch eine ganze Weile weiterführen, um meine Sehkraft weithin zu verbessern.

gute Qualität
Die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell versendet. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass die Produkte von hoher Qualität sind und verwende sie nun bereits zwei Wochen zur unterstützenden Behandlung einer Glaskörperabhebung. Veränderungen habe ich noch nicht bemerkt, das braucht wahrscheinlich seine Zeit, bis das Auge sich regeneriert. Ich werde die Behandlung noch eine ganze Weile weiterführen.

Ich bin total begeistert . Morgens nehme ich die Propolis-Tropfen ein und mache die Augenübungen. Nachmittags das Wildheidelbeerextrakt und die Heilsalbe. Ich habe eine enorme Steigerung der Sehkraft bemerkt: kann klarer, deutlicher und schärfer sehen - es ist großartig! Vielen Dank Herr Prof. Zhdanov für Ihre Produkte. Ich werde sie jetzt täglich nehmen , die Augenübungen dazu machen und freue mich des Lebens. Kann dieses Set nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein wunderbares Set
Die drei Produkte, die im Prof. Zhdanov Set enthalten sind, kann ich unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Die Propolis-Tropfen auf Wasserbasis sind perfekt für die Anwendung als Augentropfen und die Wirkung zeigt sich sofort - die Augen sehen strahlender aus und die Sicht wird klarer. Da in den Tropfen kein Alkohol enthalten ist, funktioniert auch die orale Einnahme problemlos. Die Propolis-Creme mit Bienengift ist sehr gut verträglich und lässt sich leicht auftragen. In Verbindung mit den von Prof. Zhdanov im Video gezeigten Augenübungen kommt es zu einer sofortigen Verbesserung der Sehkraft und ich bin sicher, dass die Nährstoffe der Kapseln mit Wild-Heidelbeer-Extrakt zusätzlich hierzu beitragen. Ich wende alle drei Produkte täglich an und bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Kombination von Augentraining und natürlichen Mitteln!

The products in the Prof. Zhdanov set are generally well tolerated. However, anyone who is allergic or hypersensitive to bee or wasp stings, honey, propolis, or other bee products should be cautious.
