Recommended intake:
Shake well before use. Adults take 1 ampoule (10 ml) daily. Adolescents aged 12 to 18 take ½ ampoule (5 ml) daily. The contents can be consumed directly or mixed with water or fruit juice.

For intensive use, it is recommended to take the product for at least 20 days and up to a maximum of 90 consecutive days. A break should then be taken. Use can be repeated several times a year, particularly during periods of increased physical or mental strain, when feeling tired, or during seasonal changes.

Caution: Do not take in the evening if you intend to sleep!
