Propolis is a natural substance produced by honeybees, often called bee glue or bee resin. It is a brown-yellow, resinous mass with an aromatic scent. Bees collect resins from buds and tree bark, mix them with wax and their own enzymes, and create propolis. Inside the hive they use this “bee putty” to seal gaps and protect the colony from germs and pests. The name comes from Greek: “pro” means “before / for” and “polis” means “city”, pointing to its protective role for the “bee city”.
Our water-based propolis solution is made with the highest purity and gentle processing. Wild Blueberry Extract Capsules - each capsule provides 125 mg of anthocyanins from 550 mg of pure wild berry powder (120:1 extract). Our blueberry extract supports antioxidant protection and microcirculation of the retina.
Propolis Solution “APV” (alcohol-free, 50 ml) - a mild, water-based propolis extract with high bioavailability, recommended by Prof. Zhdanov as a supplement to his 20 eye exercises to help speed up the body’s regeneration processes. The APV propolis solution is also a powerful supplement for the entire immune system.
Propolis Cream with Bee Venom (80 ml) - melittin and apamin peptides activate local blood circulation, while propolis flavonoids have anti-inflammatory effects. The bee venom cream with propolis is ideal for gentle massage around the eyes and temples, for example before or after a training session.

DOSAGE
Recommended use
Select two fixed times of day, for example, in the morning right after waking up and in the evening just before going to bed. Then use all three products in sequence: take the blueberry capsules, drink 7 to 10 drops of APV propolis pure or with water, and then massage the bee venom cream with propolis around the eye area and temples. The cream is highly concentrated, so there is no need to apply a thick layer. You may choose the order freely – what matters is to follow the routine consistently at the same times each day. Please do not forget to do the eye exercises from the Wladimir Zhdanov “Seeing Without Glasses” method afterwards.
Minimum treatment duration & long-term use
Due to the natural ingredients, we recommend a minimum application period of 6 weeks.
If improvement continues, you may use the products from the Prof. Wladimir Zhdanov Set for as long as you wish – your body needs time to initiate its own regeneration processes.
Notes
People allergic to bee or wasp stings (especially with anaphylactic reactions) as well as to honey or other bee products should avoid using the Propolis Cream with Bee Venom and our water-based APV Propolis solution.
