Wladimir Zhdanov – “Vision Without Glasses”
Conventional methods for correcting and restoring human vision are generally limited to the use of optical aids and, where necessary, surgical procedures. However, some people are hesitant about these traditional treatment approaches, particularly laser vision correction and eye surgery. For them, eye exercises such as those based on Professor Dr. Wladimir Zhdanov’s method of natural vision improvement are often seen as a final hope for achieving a better quality of life.

Propolis “APV” – Water-Based Propolis Solution
The water-based propolis extract “APV” was developed over many years in Russia by the company Tentorium.
Many manufacturers around the world offer similar products, but these are unfortunately alcohol-based. Alcohol causes propolis to lose much of its natural properties.
Unlike antibiotics, water-based propolis does not destroy the beneficial microflora of the body. It is made from propolis and ionized water enriched with shungite. Together, these components provide a broad range of supportive properties for the body.
Propolis contains artepillin C, which may help support biological processes in the body.
This propolis solution is suitable for children, women during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as people with weakened immune systems.
Directions for Use:
Take 10 drops three times daily, 15–20 minutes before meals, for 1 to 1.5 months.
Wild Bilberry Extract
Wild bilberry extract is a dietary supplement made from the fruit of wild bilberry bushes. These berries are well known for their high antioxidant content and their wide range of potential health benefits.
Antioxidant Properties: Wild bilberries are rich in antioxidants such as flavonoids, anthocyanins, and vitamin C. These compounds may help reduce oxidative stress and protect cells from free radical damage.
Anti-Inflammatory Properties: The phytonutrients found in wild bilberries may help support the body's natural response to inflammation.
Healthy Skin: Antioxidants may help protect the skin from premature aging and support overall skin health.
Eye Health: Bilberries are well known for their beneficial effects on eye health and may help support healthy vision, particularly as part of healthy aging.
Heart Health: Bilberries may support cardiovascular health by helping maintain healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Potential Cancer Prevention: Research suggests that the antioxidants found in bilberries may have protective properties, although further studies are needed. Reference to the Study

Eye Exercises for Stronger Vision
Professor Zhdanov emphasizes that the success of his methods depends on prevention. According to his teachings, effective prevention requires following three important basic principles:
- It is important to expose your eyes to natural sunlight.
- Even during the busiest work, it is essential to give your eyes regular periods of rest.
- Whenever possible, avoid wearing contact lenses and glasses.
Palming for Eye Relaxation
IMPORTANT! These exercises are not recommended if fewer than six months have passed since your last eye surgery or if you have retinal detachment. Palming should be the first exercise you perform whenever your eyes become tired.
Palming is a simple relaxation exercise. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and gently cup both hands over them. Rest the heels of your palms on your cheekbones, place your fingertips on your forehead, and make sure your palms do not touch your eyes directly. Keep your shoulders relaxed. Continue palming for at least one minute. Then slowly lower your hands, wait about ten seconds, gently open your eyes, and blink naturally.
Eye Training Based on Wladimir Zhdanov’s “Vision Without Glasses” Method
To strengthen the eye muscles and support healthy vision, you can perform these exercises every day. The complete routine takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
Important Rules:
Perform all exercises without glasses. Move slowly and gently, avoiding sudden movements.
Keep your head still and move only your eyes.

Finish:
Rub your hands together briefly, then gently place them over your closed eyes for 30 seconds
and relax.
IMPORTANT! This eye exercise routine should be performed three times a day. An improvement in vision may become noticeable after just a few weeks.
Sun Bathing (Solarization)
Despite its name, the light source does not have to be the sun. A lamp can also be used. Close your eyes and turn your face toward the light source.
Slowly move your upper body from left to right so that the light source briefly "disappears" and then "reappears" for your closed eyes. There should be a small object between you and the light source, such as a book or a thin tree.
The movement should resemble a pendulum. Repeat the exercise approximately 2 to 25 times, depending on your comfort level.
Sharpshooter
This exercise is best performed in front of a window or in a spacious room where both distant and nearby objects are visible.
Before you begin, blink rapidly and repeatedly. While continuing to blink consciously, focus your gaze on a distant object. Once you have found the focus, slowly shift your attention to a closer object.
Repeat this step by step, gradually focusing on objects that are increasingly closer and smaller.
It is important not to stop blinking throughout the exercise. Blinking may make focusing more challenging at first, but it helps activate the eye muscles more effectively.
