Recommended use:
1. Preparing the skin
- Clean the affected area.
- Gently warm the skin (e.g. with a warm cloth) to improve absorption.
- Apply the Propolis Cream with Bee Venom specifically to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily, not over large areas.
- Gently massage the Propolis Skin Cream into the skin until fully absorbed.
- During these 7–14 days, observe your individual tolerance and any relief you experience.
- After a successful test phase, continue applying it locally 2 to 3 times daily and massage in thoroughly.
- A small amount of Propolis Ointment is sufficient: it is highly economical and has a pleasant scent.
- Due to the natural ingredients, we recommend a minimum application period of 6 weeks.
- If improvement continues, you may keep using the Propolis Cream with Bee Venom for as long as desired. Your body needs time to initiate its own regeneration processes.

Die erste Bienengiftsalbe ohne überflüssige Zusatzstoffe und daher für empfindliche und sensible Haut prima geeignet. Selbst um die Augen (wie zur Anwendung auch empfohlen) keine Irritationen von der Salbe. Und hilft auch prima bei verspanntem Nacken! Ich bin begeistert!
