Contents and Dosage of the Propolis Tincture
Recommended use
- Immune support & everyday use: Add 15 drops to 50 ml of lukewarm water, sip slowly or gargle (2–3× daily).
- Oral & gum care: Apply 5–10 drops to a cotton swab or add to 30 ml of water, gargle or dab onto the area, then avoid eating for 15 minutes.
- Skin care: Clean the skin, apply 3 drops to a sterile compress and leave on for 5 minutes, 1–2× daily.
For the full effect to develop, we recommend regular use over a period of 1 to 1.5 months.

Nehme das Tonikum seid 8wochen, es ist gut zu dosieren und angenehm im Geschmack. Merke dass es mir für den allgemein Zustand schon geholfen hat. Auch für Mund , da ich immer an Bläschen im Mundraum leider. Hilft das Tonikum auch hier, nur ein paar Tropfen in den Mund, etwas hin und her und schlucken, meine Bläschen wurde nach kurzer Zeit besser. Also hier hatte ich einen guten Erfolg, werde sie auch weiterhin nehmen, um alles zu entschlacken, hoffe sie helfen auch für mein Augenlicht, dazu kann ich noch nichts sagen.

Ich bin begeistert von der Propolis Lösung ohne Alkohol. Andernfalls nimmt man sehr viel hochkonzentrierten Alkohol zu sich. Als das Produkt ankam, hatte ich bereits einen grippalen Infekt mit starkem Husten und Schnupfen, erhöhte Temperatur. Ich nahm sofort 3mal täglich die Tropfen mit gleicher Wassermenge. Der Infekt konnte schneller abklingen, die Symptome besserten sich und verschwanden.Ich nehme Propolis weiter, 1 bis 2 mal täglich schützt vor Infekten. Man bleibt gesund.

absolut top! Wenn doch nur alle Mittel so gut wären wie dieses wasserbasierte Propolis! Ich hatte durch eingewachsenen Zehennagel entzündeten Zeh und tatsächlich zwei Tropfen waren schon genug. Innerhalb 1 Stunde war die Entzündung vorbei. Ich bin sehr erleichtert und dankbar.
