What is Heilnatura Nattokinase + Vitamin D3 and how is it produced?
Our nattokinase is made from soybeans grown in Japan and then gently freeze-dried to preserve maximum enzyme activity.
The beans are non-GMO and come from controlled cultivation. They are fermented exclusively with Bacillus subtilis natto.
Natto itself is a traditional Japanese national dish that has been appreciated for centuries as a nutrient-dense "samurai breakfast".
Each tablet delivers approx. 2.5 g Natural Natto - 100% natural, with no additives or fillers, so in addition to the enzyme nattokinase it also retains vitamin B9, spermidine, soy isoflavones, probiotic bacteria, phosphorus and iron.
The result is a pure, high-quality product that meets natural and quality standards without compromise.
Why combine vitamin D3 with nattokinase?
As we age, blood vessel elasticity may decrease, blood can become more viscous, and blood pressure can change. Combining nattokinase and vitamin D3 brings together two extensively studied substances whose mechanisms may complement each other in different ways.
Nattokinase is an enzyme obtained through the traditional fermentation of soybeans (natto). Research explores its role in the natural regulation of fibrin and the flow properties of blood.

How and when should I take the Nattokinase tablets with vitamin D3?
The recommended daily amount is two tablets. For optimal absorption, take the tablets on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal, each time with plenty of water. Morning or evening does not matter. Choose a time you can maintain long term. Because effects observed in studies appear only with continuous use over several weeks, a minimum course of three months is recommended.

meine Ehefrau hat am 23.05.2024 innerhalb von einer Stunde wie ein Blitz aus heiterem Himmel völlig unerwartet ( für uns zwei ) ihren Körper verlassen. Sie hatte keinen Herzinfarkt wie ich annahm), sondern ihr Körper ist innerlich verblutet. Mein Arztsohn und ich vermuten, dass ein Herzmedikament dies ausgelöst hat. Ich habe daher meine eigenen Herzmedikamente ( 2 ) total abgesetzt vor einem Monat und mich auf die Informationen über Nattokinase und ein weiteres -nichtchemisches- pflanzliches Medikament verlassen und fühle mich putzmunter ( nach einer einwöchentlichen Pause jedweder Herzmitteleinnahme, um den bisherigen Medikamentenspiegel völlig zu senken) mit heutigem Tage. Nattokinase hält, was es verspricht.

Natürlicher Blutverdünner als Alternative zu Chemie.
Ich hatte noch nie von Nattokinase gehört, bis mir eine kluge Ärztin davon erzählt hat. Dass es diese Alternative zu ASS gibt, freut mich total. Zwei Kapsel täglich und keine Angst vor Magenbluten o.ä., wie bei den Chemieprodukten der Pharmaindustrie.

Ich hatte vor einiger Zeit einen Schlaganfall im Rückenmark. Deswegen bin ich auf Blutverdünner angewiesen. Als ich das Video von Dr. Bodo Schiffmann gesehen habe, hat mich das so überzeugt, dass ich beschlossen habe, Nattokinase auszuprobieren und meinen anderen Blutverdünner abzusetzen. Da ich es noch nicht lange einnehme, kann ich noch nichts genaues dazu sagen. Aber bisher geht es mir sehr gut.

Hallo liebes Heilnatura Team, meine Frau und ich nehmen Ihre Produkte Spike und Spike forte schon seit 4.2024 auch nr plus. Meine Frau wurde 3mal mit der corona Injektion gespritzt und hatte danach Entzündungen in den Gelenken underschöpfungszustände die sehr schlimm waren. Ich muss noch eines dazu sagen.Seitdem sie eure und dr.schiffmans Produkte nimmt hat sich ihr Zustand sehr gebessert. Auch diese zwei neuen Produkte sind sehr gut. Ich habe die Seite von Heilnatura auch an viele andere weitergeleitet die durch diese Injektionen auch Impfung genannt erkrankt sind und von Ärzten im Stich gelassen werden. Versuch zur Blutdrucksenkung
Nehme es seit 14Tagen und habe nach Rücksprache mit meinem Arzt meine Blutdrucksenker abgesetzt. Bis jetzt, bleiben meine Werte stabil. Hoffe es bleibt so durch die Nattokinase. Vernünftige Ernährung und Sport vorausgesetzt. Ich bin gespannt. Leider zerfallen viele Tabletten durch den Transport. 😔

Ich hatte Herzrhythmusstörungen und wurde mit Arzneimitteln behandelt. Meine Nebenwirkungen waren so unbeschreiblich schlimm, dass ich mich dagegen entschieden habe. Nun nehme ich Nattokinase und habe einen Blutdruck wie in jungen Jahren 😀Danke Dr. Schiffmann, habe gerade wieder nachbestellt und mein Schatz nimmt sie jetzt auch, er hatte vor 10 Jahren bereits Herzprobleme.
