Ich hab’s von meiner Ärztin empfohlen bekommen. Da ich es erst seit einer Woche nehme kann ich es noch nicht voll bewerten. Eins steht fest das ich es gut vertrage. Ich nehme es am Abend und ich komme gut zur Ruhe. Das ist schon mal positiv da ich immer 100% bringen muss bin ich gut ausgeschlafen was vorher nicht war. Ich werde weiter berichten wenn’s Glas leer ist.
Es sind einige Baustellen die ich habe und es wer toll wenn wenigstens 50 % gemindert werden. Also bis bald. 👋

Dr. Schiffmann‘s SPIKE
Ich nehme Dr. Schiffmann‘s SPIKE auf Empfehlung eines Facharztes seit 11/2025 ein. Ich habe mit meiner Bewertung 1/4 Jahr gewartet um es zu testen-ich bestelle das Produkt wieder. Mein Herz-Kreislauf hat sich stabilisiert, ich bin ohne Erkältung durch die kalte Jahreszeit gekommen, die Gelenkschmerzen haben sich reduziert-ich fühle mich besser.
