Direct sunlight, high humidity, and temperatures above 25 °C can affect sensitive ingredients. Keep products in a cabinet or drawer away from heat sources such as radiators or sunny windows. Bathrooms are generally not suitable because of higher humidity.

We ship every order climate neutrally with DHL GoGreen. Within Germany your parcel usually arrives in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to EU countries takes 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

The flat shipping rate is 4.90 € (DE) and is waived from 75 € order value.

For Austria, France, Belgium, and Italy the cost is 6.90 €. Other EU countries: 9.90 €. Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 15.90 €. The shipping fee is waived from 150 € order value.

All shipments are trackable, and orders placed on business days by 12 pm are usually handed over to DHL the same day.
