What Is the Tentorium Eye Program?
The Tentorium Eye Program is a holistic approach designed to support the eyes and eye muscles in everyday life. It combines nutrients, plant-based compounds, and care applications that are commonly used in routines focused on vision, microcirculation, and regeneration.

Blueberry: Anthocyanins & Polyphenols
Wild blueberries (Vaccinium myrtillus) are rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols. As a high-dose extract, they may support antioxidant cell protection and are traditionally used in the context of vision and eye health.
Propolis: Alcohol-Free Water-Based Solution
The Tentorium Propolis Drops (APV) are an alcohol-free, water-based propolis solution. They are commonly used for oral and throat care as well as to support the immune system – and are also mentioned as a complementary element in the Zhdanov vision method.
Cream: Massage Around Temples & Eye Area

Recommended Routine (from the set description)
- Choose two fixed times per day (e.g. morning & evening)
- Take blueberry capsules
- 7–10 drops of APV propolis pure or with water
- Gently massage cream around the eye area/temples
- Minimum usage period: approx. 6 weeks
