How and when should I take the Heilnatura “APV” propolis solution?
Take 7 drops twice daily, either undiluted or mixed with a little water, about 15 to 20 minutes before meals. For full effect, we recommend regular use for 4 to 6 weeks (about 1 to 1.5 months).
