Where are antioxidants found?

Antioxidants are found primarily in plant-based foods. Fruits and vegetables are particularly rich sources, but nuts, seeds, legumes, herbs, and spices also contain significant amounts. In general, the fresher and less processed a food is, the higher its antioxidant content. If dietary intake is insufficient, antioxidant supplements can also help support your daily intake.
