What is nattokinase?

Nattokinase is a natural enzyme derived from the traditional Japanese food natto, which is made from fermented soybeans. Natto is one of the richest food sources of vitamin K, as K2 is produced during fermentation, and it also contains the body’s own substance spermidine. It is offered as a dietary supplement and may support circulation as well as the balance of blood vessels and blood flow.
