Our organic-quality nattokinase is made from soybeans grown in Japan, then gently freeze-dried to preserve maximum enzyme activity.
The beans are non-GMO and come from controlled cultivation. They are fermented exclusively with Bacillus subtilis natto.
Natto itself is a traditional Japanese national dish that has been valued for centuries as a nutrient-dense “samurai breakfast”.
Each tablet provides approx. 2.5 g Organic Natural Natto. It is 100% natural and free from additives or fillers, so in addition to the enzyme nattokinase it also retains vitamin B9, spermidine, soy isoflavones, probiotic bacteria, phosphorus and iron.

How and when should I take the Nattokinase tablets?
The recommended daily amount is two tablets. For optimal absorption, take the tablets on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal, each time with plenty of water.
Morning or evening does not matter. Choose a time you can maintain long term. Because effects observed in studies appear only with continuous use over several weeks, a minimum course of three months is recommended.
Why can individual organic-quality Nattokinase tablets crumble, and how should I use them then?
Our nattokinase tablets are 100% free from additives and are also available in organic quality. Because we intentionally avoid binders, oils, and other stabilizers, the tablets are more brittle than conventional products.
The original soybeans from Japan are naturally low in moisture and do not contain a natural binding agent. Transport may involve strong vibrations beyond our control, so a few tablets in the bottle can break.
To keep the risk as low as possible, we continuously check tablet hardness and fill the product into sturdy plastic bottles with a special closure. Despite these measures, a small share of crumbly tablets cannot be completely avoided. Natural purity takes priority over absolute break resistance.
What matters is this: the efficacy remains unchanged. The enzyme nattokinase and accompanying compounds such as spermidine, vitamin B9, isoflavones, probiotic cultures, phosphorus, and iron are just as active in the powder as in an intact tablet.
If a tablet has broken, simply stir a level teaspoon of the powder the equivalent of one tablet into a glass of water.

Ich habe diese Presslinge das zweite Mal bestellt und bin mit der Wirkung sehr zufrieden. Mehr Energie, Gelassenheit und keinen erhöhten Blutdruck mehr, nehme allerdings auch Strophanthus D4 täglich 1-2x 5 Tropfen, bin 75. und wir, meine Frau und Hund sind noch sehr gut zu Fuß sowie belastbar, ausdauernd. Allerdings habe ich diesmal sehr viele Presslinge kaputt und nun wiege ich täglich die Tagesration ab. Vielleicht gibt es gleich eine pulverisierte Möglichkeit?
