Wladimir Zhdanov – “Seeing Without Glasses”

Conventional methods of correcting and/or restoring human eyesight are typically limited to the use of special optical aids and may involve immediate surgical intervention if deemed necessary. However, there are individuals who fear these orthodox treatment approaches, especially concerning laser correction and surgical procedures. For them, exercises such as those for natural vision improvement based on the method of Professor Dr. Vladimir Zhdanov are often the last hope for a fulfilling life.

Professor Dr. Vladimir Zhdanov explores various methods for restoring eyesight without the need for surgery. He also lectures on non-medical ways to restore human eyesight. In this article, we will take a closer look at the latest techniques developed by Professor Dr. Vladimir Zhdanov, which are already being successfully applied in the practice of ophthalmologists treating patients.

Grundsatz

Products

The Wladimir Zhdanov Method is commonly used, especially in the treatment of eye diseases. The highly effective remedies mentioned in Prof. Zhdanov's video are available in our online shop:
  1. Water-Based Propolis - Tentorium Balsam Propolis “A-P-V” (50 ml) – for oral use.
    Dosage: 7 - 10 drops before meals 2-3 times a day
  2. Tentorium Dragee “Blueberry” – Blueberry, bee bread, honey
Dosage: dissolve 1 teaspoon in the mouth twice a day.
  3. Propolis Cream with Bee Venom “Tentorium”  – For use around the eyes and temples.

Tentorium "A-P-V" – Aqueous Solution of Propolis

The water extract of propolis "A-P-V" has been developed for years in Russia by the company "Tentorium."

Many manufacturers worldwide offer a comparable product, but UNFORTUNATELY, it is alcohol-based. Propolis loses almost completely its natural effectiveness due to alcohol.

Unlike antibiotics, water-based propolis does not cause the destruction of beneficial microflora in the body. The base consists of propolis and water with ions enriched with shungite. These elements have a complex effect on our body.

Propolis contains Artepillin C, which can enhance the flow of biological processes in the body.

This propolis solution is suitable for children, women during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as for individuals with weak immunity.

Application:
Take 10 drops three times a day 15-20 minutes before meals for 1-1.5 months.

Propolis is a natural substance produced by honeybees, often called bee glue or bee resin. It is a brown-yellow, resinous mass with an aromatic scent. Bees collect resins from buds and tree bark, mix them with wax and their own enzymes, and create propolis. Inside the hive they use this “bee putty” to seal gaps and protect the colony from germs and pests. The name comes from Greek: “pro” means “before / for” and “polis” means “city”, pointing to its protective role for the “bee city”. Our water-based propolis solution is made with the highest purity and gentle processing. Unlike many propolis extracts dissolved in alcohol or oils, this product is alcohol- and oil-free, based on an aqueous solution. That makes it especially mild and preserves the natural actives (alcohol can partially destroy delicate propolis compounds, reducing the natural effect of alcoholic tinctures). Another plus: water-soluble propolis does not harm the beneficial gut flora like some antibiotics can, thus maintaining the body’s fragile microbiological balance. Quality and application: Heilnatura APV propolis extract without alcohol comes in an amber glass bottle that shields it from light. The built-in glass pipette enables precise dosing, and a child-safety cap ensures safe storage. Thanks to its alcohol-free, gentle formula, this APV propolis solution is suitable for the whole family – safe even for children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Ideally it is applied orally via the mucosa for direct absorption and high bioavailability. For example, add a few drops to a glass of water and gargle (for mouth and throat care) or dab the drops directly on the desired area. Water-based propolis in Professor Zhdanov’s eye-training method A special field of use for propolis is natural eye care. Russian scientist and lecturer Prof. Dr. Vladimir Zhdanov developed a holistic concept for improving vision without glasses. In his well-known “Better Vision without Glasses” program he combines specific eye exercises with select natural products – including this water-based APV propolis solution, which is said to support vision and strengthen immune health. Find details in our blog article. Benefits Immune support & cold season Alcohol-free propolis is traditionally used to support the body’s defences, especially for mild throat irritation and mucous-membrane care in the mouth and pharynx. Gentle oral care & gut flora Water-based propolis is valued for natural mouth hygiene and for maintaining healthy microbial balance. Users appreciate it as an addition to daily oral care. Skin care & antioxidant protection The natural composition contains antioxidative substances traditionally used on irritated or sensitive skin, making it popular for cosmetic skin applications. Support for skin regeneration Traditionally used to aid the natural healing of minor surface injuries and mild burns (e.g., sunburn). Many users apply it regularly for skin care. Care of sensitive areas In folk cosmetics propolis is used to soothe sensitive, itchy skin (e.g., neurodermatitis, eczema or blemished skin) and to improve overall skin appearance. Natural mouth and dental care Widely used for sensitive gums, irritated mucosa and to support a pleasant mouthfeel. Targeted skin care (e.g., warts) Occasionally applied to hardened or stressed skin areas to encourage natural regeneration. Wellbeing & vitality Many people take propolis during periods of stress to feel more energetic as part of a balanced diet. DOSAGE Suggested use Take 7 drops twice daily, neat or diluted in a little water, about 15–20 minutes before meals. For full effect, use regularly for 1 to 1.5 months. People allergic to bee or wasp stings (especially with anaphylaxis) or to honey or other bee products should avoid propolis. Supplement notice Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Propolis is a natural product made by honeybees, often referred to as bee resin or bee glue. It is a brown-yellow resinous mass with an aromatic scent. Bees collect resins from buds and tree bark, mix them with wax and their own enzymes to produce propolis. Inside the hive, they use this “bee glue” to seal cracks and openings and protect the colony from germs and pests. The name propolis comes from Greek: “pro” means “for/in front of” and “polis” means “city”, referring to its protective function for the “bee city”. Bee venom is an extraordinarily rich natural concentrate: Around 50% of its dry mass consists of melittin – a water-soluble peptide studied for its soothing and protective effects on the skin. Alongside the natural peptide apamin, it can stimulate skin microcirculation, refine its appearance, and promote a smoother, firmer look. In a bee venom cream, this natural power offers gentle yet effective care. Bee venom thus combines centuries-old beekeeping knowledge with modern research, providing a natural complement for premium skincare products. Our cream combines propolis and bee venom in a gentle process, uniting protection with mild microcirculation stimulation. With only the most essential ingredients, it delivers effective, fast-absorbing care. Effects When applying the Bee Venom Cream with Propolis, tiny bee venom peptides such as melittin penetrate through the stratum corneum into deeper skin layers with the help of sunflower oil and propylene glycol. There, they activate pain and immune receptors, triggering a completely harmless “alarm signal”. The body responds with local vasodilation: more blood, oxygen, minerals, and vitamins flow to the treated area, explaining the typical tingling or warming sensation. At the same time, melittin blocks inflammation-promoting signaling pathways, reducing redness, swelling, and discomfort. Propolis contributes antibacterial flavonoids that repel germs and support wound healing, while camphor stimulates thermoreceptors and relaxes tense muscles. Beeswax finally forms a light, breathable protective film that retains moisture without clogging pores. Thus, the Propolis Cream with Bee Venom combines targeted stimulation therapy with natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial protection – entirely without cortisone, mineral oils, or parabens. The Propolis Cream with Bee Venom poses no danger to humans. Muscles: Provides soothing relief for muscle tension Suitable as a supportive application for tennis elbow treatment Back discomfort: Helps alleviate discomfort in the back area Joints: Provides soothing support for joint discomfort Skin: Age spots – The Propolis Cream with Bee Venom can help reduce and care for age spots cosmetically Scars – Supports the natural regeneration of skin in scar formation Redness & swelling – Helps reduce redness and swelling on the skin Varicose veins – Cosmetic support for varicose veins with regular care using Heilnatura Bee Venom Cream Spider veins – Recommended for cosmetic care and support with spider veins DOSAGE Application recommendation Preparing the skin Clean the affected area. Warm the skin slightly (e.g., with a warm cloth) to enhance absorption. Initial test phase (1 - 2 weeks) Apply the Propolis Cream with Bee Venom 2–3 times daily directly to the affected area – not over large areas. Gently massage the Bee Venom Cream with Propolis by Heilnatura until fully absorbed. Monitor your individual tolerance and relief during these 7–14 days. Regular use After a successful test phase: continue applying 2–3 times daily to the targeted area and massage thoroughly. A small amount of the Propolis Cream with Bee Venom is sufficient: it is very economical and pleasantly scented. Minimum treatment duration & long-term use Due to the natural ingredients, we recommend a minimum application period of 6 weeks. If improvement continues, you can use the Propolis Cream with Bee Venom for as long as desired – your body needs time to initiate its own regeneration processes. Additional uses The Bee Venom Cream with Propolis is also excellent for soothing massages or general relaxation treatments. Notes People allergic to bee or wasp stings (especially with anaphylactic reactions) as well as to honey or other bee products should avoid using the Propolis Cream with Bee Venom. Gentle harvesting, naturally without harming bees – for responsible interaction with nature. Storage Keep out of reach of children As the product is almost entirely of natural origin, it should be stored in a cool, dry place Unopened, best before the date indicated on the label. Once opened, use within 6 months INGREDIENTS Content:Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Cera Alba, Aqua, Propolis Extract, Camphor, Cochlearia Armoracia Root Extract, Bee Venom approx. 80 ml

Eye Training

Professor Zhdanov emphasizes that the success of his methods depends on prevention. According to his teachings, such prevention requires adherence to three important basic rules:

  •  It is necessary to gaze at sunlight with the eyes.
  •  Even in the most urgent work, it is important to soothe the eyes in a timely manner.
  •  Where possible, one should refrain from using lenses and glasses.

Palming for Eye Treatment

IMPORTANT!  All these exercises are not recommended if less than six months have passed since the last eye operation or if you suffer from retinal detachment. Palming is the first step you must take as soon as your eyes get tired.

Palming is a simple relaxation exercise. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and gently cup both hands over the eyeballs. The palms rest on the cheekbones, fingertips on the forehead, and the palms do not touch the eyes. Ensure that you do not raise your shoulders. Hold palming for at least 1 minute. Then lower your hands. After 10 seconds, slowly open your eyes. Look around blinking.

Eye training using the Vladimir Zhdanov method "Seeing without glasses"

To strengthen the eye muscles and improve vision, you need to perform specific exercises. The duration of the exercises is between 10 and 15 minutes. Relax during the exercise and breathe evenly to distribute oxygen evenly throughout the body.

All exercises are done WITHOUT glasses. Gently, without jerks or sudden movements. The head does not move. Only the eyes work. After each exercise, blink 5 times (close-open).

The comprehensive training program includes exercises recommended in the following order:
1 – "Horizontal"
  • Look up, then down (repeat 5 times)
2 – "Vertical"
  • Look right, then left (repeat 5 times)
3 + 4 – "Diagonal"
  • Look top right, then bottom left (repeat 5 times)
  • Blink 5 times
  • Reverse "Diagonal" (repeat 5 times)
5 + 6 – "The Rectangle"
  • With your eyes, draw the upper side of a triangle clockwise. Then follow the other sides (repeat 5 times)
  • Blink 5 times
  • Then draw five imaginary rectangles counterclockwise
7 + 8 – "Clock Face"
  • Imagine you have a giant clock face in front of you. Look at it clockwise (repeat 5 times)
  • Blink 5 times
  • Repeat the same process 5 times counterclockwise
9 + 10 – "Hourglass"
  • Draw the upper tip of an hourglass - Then the diagonal - Then the lower tip.
  • Blink 5 times
  • Repeat 5 times
11 + 12 – "Loop"
  • Draw the left sidewall of the loop - Then the diagonal - Finally, the right sidewall
  • Blink 5 times
  • Repeat 5 times
13 + 14 – Horizontal "Spiral"
  • Imagine this: At your eye level, there is a thick glass tube. With your eyes, now wind five turns around it
  • Blink 5 times
  • Repeat 5 times
15 + 16 – Vertical "Spiral"
  • Imagine the following: In front of you is a huge glass tube. You look at the ground and wrap your eyes around it with five rope turns from bottom to top
  • Blink 5 times
  • Repeat 5 times
17 + 18 + 19 + 20 – "Snake"
  • Draw a snake from tail to head. Look left up – down – up – down – up
  • Blink 5 times
  • Repeat the exercise from head to tail
  • Blink 5 times
  • Perform palming for five minutes

IMPORTANT! Such eye exercises should be practiced three times a day, and after a few weeks, you may notice an improvement in vision.

Sunbaths (Solarization)

Despite the name, the light source for such an exercise does not have to be the sun; you can use any light source. Close your eyes and look towards the light source. Bend your body sideways so that your closed eyes lose and then find the light source. There should be an obstacle between the light source and the person. For example, you can hold a book between your face and the sun or stand behind a thin tree.

In this exercise, behave like a pendulum moving left and right. This exercise should be repeated two to 25 times.

Sharpshooter

This exercise is preferably done in front of a window or in a fairly spacious room where both distant and near objects are present.

Before starting the exercise, it is necessary to blink intensively and frequently, and without interrupting this process, try to focus on the distant object. Once the gaze is fixed, focus on nearby objects. Then focus on ever closer and smaller objects.

In this exercise, it is crucial not to stop conscious blinking. Although this creates obstacles when focusing, such eye training induces additional stress, and the eye muscle activation is faster.
